World: IFRC warns 5.9 million COVID-19 infections overwhelm hospitals in Asia

COVID-19 is exploding across much of Asia, overwhelming health facilities. More people have been diagnosed with it in Asia over the past two weeks than in the Americas, Europe, and Africa combined.
