UNHCR expands aid in Liberia as Ivorian refugee numbers top 8,000

As of 9 November, more than 7,500 Ivorians had fled to Liberia as political tensions rise. More than 60% of arrivals are children, some of whom arrived unaccompanied or separated from their parents.
