UNHCR condemns attack on Niger town hosting forcibly displaced people

UNHCR is gravely concerned for the safety of more than 30,000 refugees and IDPs, who have been sheltering in Toumour, a town in south-east Niger, where 28 people were killed and hundreds more injured.
