UN seeks $107.2 million to assist thousands devastated by Typhoon Rai in the Philippines

Typhoon Rai left 631,000 people displaced and caused significant infrastructure damage across six regions. Humanitarian partners will support at least 530,000 people in the worst-affected areas.
