Philippines: Humanitarians mobilize support as millions of people caught in the path of super typhoon Goni

According to National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, 19 to 31 million people could be affected in areas along the typhoon’s track, 2.4 million of whom are considered most vulnerable.
