Libya: Recurrent violence against refugees and migrants in Tripoli detention centres forces MSF to suspend activities

Due to the pattern of violent incidents and serious harm to refugees and migrants, as well as the risk to the safety of staff, MSF has suspended humanitarian and medical care in Tripoli detention centres.
