Joint World Bank, EU, UN report assesses damages caused by catastrophic flooding in Libya

Reconstruction and recovery needs following the catastrophic flooding in eastern Libya last September are estimated at $1.8 billion, according to a new report by the World Bank, the UN, and the EU.
