DR Congo: Hundreds of thousands at risk without food, shelter or healthcare in North Kivu

More than 190,000 people have fled their homes in Rutshuru and Nyiragongo territories since late March, after the resurgence of the M23 armed group and intermittent clashes with the Congolese army.
