Dozens dead and injured as UN condemns ‘utterly deplorable’ shopping centre attack in Ukraine

At least ten people have reportedly been killed and 40 injured by what Ukrainian authorities have said was a Russian missile strike on a crowded shopping centre. Footage from the scene showed widespread destruction.
