Djibouti: WHO launches US$ 123.7 million appeal to respond to health needs in the Horn of Africa

More than 80 million people spanning the region are estimated to be food insecure, with upwards of 37.5 million people classified as being in IPC phase 3, due to conflict, changes in climate and COVID-19.
