Armed violence in Lebanon refugee camp leaves 11 dead and dozens injured among Palestine refugees

More than 2,000 people were forced to flee from the Ein El Hilweh Palestine Refugee Camp in search of safety as ongoing violence causes dozens of casualties, including the death of a UNRWA staff member.
