Afghanistan: Explosion on Afghan-Iranian border damages IOM reception centre, stalls services to Afghan returnees

An initial assessment of the reception facility for returnees revealed extensive damage to the roof and ceiling. Neither IOM staff nor returning migrants were injured in the blaze.
