Humanitarian conditions worsen in Mali as more than 4,000 new IDPs arrive in Menaka

Approximately 7.1 million people, around 32% of the total population, are in need of humanitarian assistance in Mali. Menaka in particular has faced food insecurity and insufficient humanitarian access.
