Uganda: UNHCR and partners appeal for $1.3 billion to support South Sudanese refugees

With only a third of funding needs met for last year’s appeal, the major countries of asylum in the region – DRC, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan and Uganda – were among UNHCR’s most under-funded operations.
