UNHCR highlights critical aid gaps as thousands flee violence in eastern DR Congo

As of end-August, UNHCR has received only 33% of the funding required to provide the necessary help to the displaced and vulnerable. Since January, up to 58,000 Congolese have sought refuge in Uganda.
