Flash flooding by heavy and unseasonal rainfall affects more than 3,400 people in Afghanistan

Between 3 and 4 May, localized flooding was reported across large parts of Afghanistan, causing 13 people killed, eight people injured and about 1,270 houses either destroyed or damaged.
