Uganda: UNHCR and partners seek $1.2 billion to address Africa’s largest refugee crisis

UNHCR and partners are appealing for US$1.2 billion to deliver much-needed aid and protection to 2.3 million South Sudanese refugees and local communities in DRC, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, and Uganda.
