World: ICRC says 44,000 people registered as missing in Africa, nearly half of them children

Nigeria, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Somalia, Libya, DRC and Cameroon make up 82% of ICRC’s missing caseload in Africa. The highest among them is Nigeria with nearly 23,000 missing people.
